This website is run by Reflection Of My Environment (ROME), a brand of Libertas Growth Ventures LLC. When these terms say "we," "us," or "our," they mean ROME. By visiting this site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

ROME pieces are made in limited runs, so quantities are limited. We do our best to show colors and details accurately, but your screen may not match the real product exactly. Prices and products can change at any time without notice. We may limit or cancel any order, including orders that look like they were placed by resellers.

3. Orders and Payment

You agree to give us current, complete, and accurate information when you buy. If we need to change or cancel your order, we will try to contact you using the email or phone number you gave us. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners.

4. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders of $150 or more ship free within the US. All sales are final. Our Refund Policy explains how we handle damaged, defective, or wrong items.

5. Our Brand and Content

The ROME name, logos, designs, photos, and words on this site belong to us. You may not copy, sell, or use them without our written permission.

6. Your Information

How we collect and use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy. If you sign up for texts or emails, you can opt out at any time.

7. Mistakes on the Site

Sometimes the site may have errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability. We may fix those errors and cancel affected orders, even after you place them.
